To this end, we develop custom inspection and measurement systems and integrate them directly into our machines. High-performance camera applications and optical inspection systems can detect defects that cannot be identified using electrical testing methods alone—such as missing seals, misaligned contacts, or component mix-ups.

Because the inspection technology is directly integrated into the manufacturing process, quality control is fully automated and does not add to cycle time. This results in stable processes, low scrap rates, and consistently high product quality.
