A new Chapter, new Chances and new Connections!

It’s September 1st, 2025, and the time has finally come: 
Six new apprentices and three dual students have started their professional journey and entered a new chapter of their lives at KE Elektronik. 

On the first day, there was not only a lot of information, but also the opportunity to gain initial insights into the company, daily routines, the team spirit and to meet some of the first teammates. 

To ensure the start is not dull but diverse and relaxed, we organized a varied program:

• Tour of the company
• Presentation of this year’s apprentice excursion, it’s going to be great!
• Getting-to-know-you games, because teamwork is a top priority for us
• Casual group lunch, no stiff atmosphere, just a relaxed gathering
• Presentation of helpful learning methods to make the start of your career (and e.g. in vocational school or university) even easier
• Introduction of the trainers and mentors, who will always be there to support you as reliable contacts
