Already introduced to the leadership team as a new network at KE, FemaleFuture@KE officially launched on September 24 with a kick-off event that included an external talk.

The network’s aim: To create space for exchange and mutual support, empower women, set topics, and encourage one another. Colleagues of all genders are invited—because the more diverse the team, the broader the perspectives.

A highlight was the interactive keynote “Family, Person and Employee – Challenges in Balancing Family and Career and How We Can Stay Healthy & High-Performing,” delivered by Ms. Weise from IMAKA Institut für Management GmbH. Thank you for the valuable insights and the open discussion about the daily balancing act between work, family, and personal well-being.

A heartfelt thank you to all participants and to Imaka for the great contribution! At KE, diverse teams are a key success factor. We look forward to the next steps, more offerings and formats to come.
